Encinas Security Protection Services is a fully licensed and insured operation that provides contract security service throughout the Southern California area. We have been in operation as a full service Bureau of Security and Investigative Services, Private Patrol Operator for over twenty years. 

All of our personnel are fully licensed and certified by the BSIS with California Guard Cards, Firearm, Baton, Teargas and Carry Concealed Weapons (CCW) Permits.  Our services include Executive Protection Details, Personal Security Details and High Risk Security Details.

ESPS Personnel

Encinas Security Protection Service personnel are all registered and certified by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Bureau of Security and Investigative Services.  They possess valid Guard Cards, Firearm, Baton and Tear Gas Agent Permits.  The Executive and Personal Protection Teams all possess Concealed Carry Weapons Permits. 
                                                                                  
Many of our Agents are retired Law Enforcement Officers and have very strong military backgrounds in the US Army Special Forces, Rangers and Marine Corps Reconnaissance Teams.  All of the Executive and Personal Protection Agents are well trained and experienced in the field as Personal Protection Professionals.  A number of our Agents are veterans of the "Global War On Terrorism" as Personal Security Detail Operators for United States and foreign dignitaries, as well as United States Military General Officers and their Staff Officers.  Some of our operators have been assigned to United States Embassy Security Teams during their military or civilian contract service in high risk overseas positions.

Our Agents backgrounds include service on Personal Protection Security Details for families at the San Manuel Casino and Indian Reservation, the Soboba Casino and Indian Reservation, the Pachanga Casino and Indian Reservation.  Our Uniformed Private Security Officer operation provided security for the University of California at Irvine campuses.
